Chef Rob Biela trained at Johnson & Wales University receiving an Associates degree in Culinary Arts 1998 and a Bachelors in Business in 2000. Chef Biela has been with the West Deck for over 10 years. Having been mentored by Chef James Mitchell. In 2002, at the age of 22, Chef Rob became chef of the West Deck. The young Chef, utilizing his culinary techniques, eclectic food presentation and humble determination has helped gain the respect of his culinary peers.
